If you use the application in such a way that you enter a web address (URL) or click on
a web link, the connection information technically required for retrieval will be transmitted
to the requested web server: this includes your IP address, the browser identifier,
the requested page, and possibly additional parameters.
Please refer to the privacy policy of the website you access.

In addition, there may also be a transmission to Microsoft as the manufacturer of WebView2
and SmartScreen.

The visible appearance of the running application consists technically of two parts:
- the framework program (the .exe file, serving as a host application) developed by Aidex GmbH,
- the web browser component (WebView2) developed by Microsoft Corporation.

WebView2 and SmartScreen are not part of Aidex’s distribution, meaning that WebView2 and
SmartScreen are not included in the ProvidePage.zip package. Instead, WebView2 and SmartScreen
are components of the Windows operating system or have been separately installed or configured
by an IT administrator, with the administrator/user having accepted Microsoft’s terms of use
and privacy policy.

The pure ProvidePage.exe host application itself does not collect, store, or transmit any
personal data, neither to Aidex GmbH nor to any third party.

The embedded Microsoft WebView2 component and Microsoft SmartScreen do transmit data — partly
for their intended use as a web browser (retrieving online content), and partly as telemetry
and diagnostic data sent to Microsoft.
Aidex GmbH has no knowledge of and no control over what specific data is transmitted.

Since the ProvidePage.exe framework and Aidex GmbH themselves do not process any personal data
from the program, there is no right to access, deletion, or correction of personal data with
respect to Aidex GmbH.
Microsoft is responsible for any data transmitted to Microsoft through WebView2 and SmartScreen,
and the operators of the websites accessed through WebView2 are responsible for the processing
of any data transmitted to their web servers.

Datenschutz-Erklärung für das Anwendungsprogramm "ProvidePage" der Aidex GmbH

Wenn Sie das Anwendungsprogramm so nutzen, dass Sie eine Web-Adresse (URL) eingeben
oder einen Web-Link anklicken, werden die beim Abruf technisch erforderlichen
Verbindungsinformationen an den angefragten Webserver übertragen: das sind Ihre IP-Adresse,
die Browser-Kennung, die angefragte Seite und ggf. weitere Parameter.
Beachten Sie dazu die Datenschutzerklärung der aufgerufenen Webseite.

Außerdem gibt es möglicherweise eine Übertragung an Microsoft als Hersteller von WebView2
und SmartScreen.

Die äußere Erscheinung der gestarteten Anwendung besteht technisch aus zwei Teilen:
1.) dem Rahmenprogramm (.exe-Datei als Host-Anwendung) des Herstellers Aidex GmbH,
2.) der Webbrowser-Komponente (WebView2) des Herstellers Microsoft Corporation.

WebView2 und SmartScreen sind nicht Teil der Bereitstellung von Aidex, d.h. im Lieferumfang
von ProvidePage.zip ist WebView2 und SmartScreen nicht enthalten. Stattdessen sind WebView2
und SmartScreen ein Teil des Windows-Betriebssystems bzw. wurden von einem IT-Admin gesondert
installiert oder konfiguriert, wobei der Admin/Nutzer den Microsoft Nutzungs- und Daten-
schutzbestimmungen zugestimmt hat.

Das pure Rahmenprogramm ProvidePage.exe selbst sammelt keine personenbezogenen Daten,
speichert und überträgt keine personenbezogenen Daten, weder an den Hersteller Aidex
noch an Dritte.

Die eingebettete Komponente WebView2 von Microsoft und das Programm SmartScreen von Microsoft
übertragen Daten, zum einen für den bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch als Webbrowser durch
den Nutzer (Abruf von Inhalten aus dem Internet), zum anderen sogenannte Telemetrie-
und Diagnosedaten an Microsoft. Was für Daten das sind, ist der Aidex GmbH nicht bekannt
und liegt nicht in ihrem Einflussbereich.

Da das Rahmenprogramm ProvidePage.exe und der Hersteller Aidex GmbH selbst keine
personenbezogenen Daten aus dem Programm verarbeiten, besteht gegenüber der Aidex GmbH
kein Recht auf Auskunft, Löschung oder Berichtigung.
Für die durch Microsoft WebView2 und SmartScreen an Microsoft übertragenen Daten ist
Microsoft verantwortlich, und für Verarbeitung von durch WebView2 an Webserver übertragene
Daten sind die Betreiber von abgerufenen Webseiten verantwortlich.
